spozos: All done! I just finished my Schoolism course, and I’m very happy with everything I learned from it, and also a bit sad that it ended! Hope I can get to enroll in some other courses in the future :) (thanks Alex!) My final piece, the cosmic tortoise, was the most personal from the three I did during the course. I was a bit concerned with it coming out too dark, night-time scenes make me nervous because I never know when to stop with the dark areas :I I’m hoping this one came out okay? I don’t think it looks THAT dark, so you can read the giant turtle and the little girl in the picture (hopefully!) This is my last week in LA; I really love the city with all its beauty, glamour, contrast, great food, and random crazy-people encounters. I’ll miss all its magnificent awkwardness. Well, and obviously I’ll miss my boyfriend too, but he’s coming to Guadalajara for the holidays! And hopefully I’ll be coming back more sooner than later :) So long for now! I’ll go out and enjoy the city for a little while more! Cheers!
